Hoping to secure your dream home or investment property at auction? You need AuctionCALC!

Auction Calculator AU Pro(圖2)-速報App

AuctionCALC is the only app that allows you to follow the current bid price of the live auction in real time and see just exactly how much that next bid will cost you in terms of not just the sale price, but also the Government taxes/Stamp Duty and monthly Mortgage repayments.

With AuctionCALC you can enter your available deposit, desired loan term (in years) and your bank’s current interest rate and, as the current bid at auction increases, AuctionCALC will calculate exactly how large your loan will be (government duties are capitalised into the loan amount) and the monthly repayments with either a principle-and-interest (P&I) or interest-only (IO) loan, depending on whether you plan to use the home as your principle place of residence or as your first (or next) investment property.

AuctionCALC will calculate State Government duties and taxes in all Australian states (the current version only calculates base rates only – concessional rates are not accounted for) based on current rates as at 1 February 2014. If you want to use AuctionCALC outside of Australia, simply set the Government Fees to “None” and the app will only calculate the loan amount based on the Current Bid Price less your Deposit (note: government duties may still apply depending on your local governement).

AuctionCALC will also calculate your loan-to-value ratio so you will know whether your financial institution is likely to require you to take out Mortgage Insurance (note AuctionCALC does not calculate insurance premiums -please refer to your financial institution’s product disclosure guide).
